Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday – Friday ship out that same day.

+ We do not take responsibility for shipping delays or missing items if your address is incomplete or invalid.
+ Tracking information is provided by Australia Post and will be provided to you by email during the order fulfilment process. We do not take responsibility for issues with tracking or delivery once your order is with Australia Post.

Return Policy
We hope you love your items as much as we do, however, if you are not completely happy, we do accept returns according to the conditions below provided the original product is received back to us within 7 days of purchase and is in the same condition, it was sent in.
To be eligible for a refund the product must contain all original packaging and should be posted back to us in tracked postage with a layer of protection to avoid damages. To process a return, please email hello@skinbottega.com.au and quote your order number. Please do not send the item back to us, until you have received approval and a RA number.
Please note we are unable to process a refund if the product has been used, opened or damaged. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product to us. If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please email hello@skinbottega.com.au us within 48 hours for a refund or replacement.
